Hassle Free Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on any item should it not meet buyer expectations.

In order for your return to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

1.  All items must be returned in their original packaging.

2.  All returned items must be free of any damage.

3.  All return shipping costs are 100% the buyer's responsibility.

4.  A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned undamaged product within 1-3 business days.  The refund will be credited towards the original purchase method.  It may take several days for the refund to post to your account.

Damaged or Lost Items:

We will gladly replace any damaged or lost item caused by shipping issues.  We place insurance on every package.  In the event your package is damaged, please take pictures of the damage, the original packaging, in the state it was received.  We will file a claim on your package with the shipping company, which will require pictures of the damage/package.  Once the claim is approved, your item will be replaced within 3-5 business days.


All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

All damage claims must be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of damaged package.
